General Discussion

1. We discussed general needs for the HOA board
   a. we need to put a clause in the covenants that requires arbitration
      before lawsuits
   b. we need to automate billing (suggest extra fee for paper processing)
   c. we need to get e-mail addresses for all communications
   d. we need an e-mail discussion list

2. Current Park requirements and options
   a. we think a big grassy area with trees and bushes are already in
      every lot here. it is a waste of money, time, and land. We should
      install something there that we cannot put on our lots, such as 
      baseball, football, or soccer fields, concrete skating and 
      basketball pad, and/or picnic pavillion. 
   b. The Town of Frederick will be discussing the park on Tuesday,
      October 14.
   c. The HOA will be discussing the park at the monthly meeting, on
      Monday, October 13.

3. re: 3400 Homestead landscape changes
Changing some trees and adding some. No problems. Approved.

4. re: 3410 Cottonwood Circle
Adding a few trees. No problems. Approved. 

5. Re: 3402 Homestead Drive
Steve is going to visit Marty to ask about plan for front yard.

6. re: 3500 Rinn Valley Drive
Steve is going to visit to ask about progress and plans.

7. re: 3447 Cottonwood Cir
Steve is going to visit to ask about the back fence and breeze path.
