1. Re: 3493 Cottonwood Circle
Feature Homes is moving items out of their trailer parked on the property
and will put the trailer up for sale.

2. Re: 3480 Cottonwood Circle
Feature Homes is landscaping this property in anticipation of selling it 
this month. They have submitted a drawing which includes rock, trees, and
grass. The following things need to be addressed before this submission
can be approved:
- The trees need to identified on the drawing. 
- How will the rock at the property borders be contained?
- The committee requests the 4-6" cobble be added to the ditch as
  per the original landscape design submitted

3. Re: 3470 Cottonwood Circle
homeowner is adding a gazebo to their existing deck

4. Re: 9350 Cottonwood Circle
The homeowner has agreed to remove the chain link dog run and install a
white split rail fence in its place but the project will be postponed while 
the homeowner recovers from surgery.
