Two overhead doors on south side, service door NE, two windows on east and two windows on west. Concrete apron with gravel drive and decorative rock border. 2. Re: 9475 Homestead Dr Homeowner wants to bury culvert across the front of their lot in the ditch and cover with grass. We contacted the city engineer about the culvert issue and their response was that anyone wishing to cover their open ditch must contact the city and discuss the options with their engineering department. The city will likely require a drainage engineering study before they will issue a permit. The current design guidelines, 3.19, allow for various ditch treatments, but do not allow for filling in the ditch. Also, exhibit C shows the ditch being 12 to 18 inches deep. Therefore, the current design review committee is not in favor of approving this request. 3. Re: 3598 Cottonwood Lane Homeowners have been approved to continue their landscaping, as approved on June 3, 2009. 4. Re: 3415 Red Hawk Lane The DRC received a complaint about the non-compliant privacy fence, so we looked up the past communications and see that the homeowner has agreed to replace the fence. We recommend that the HOA board set a deadline for this action. 5. the next meeting is the third Wednesday evening of August, at 8:00, but might change due to scheduling conflicts
