Design Review Committee today was represented by Steve Carlson, Rhonda
Seitz, Chris Cholas, and Jeff Nieusma.

1. Re: 9390 Homestead Dr
Homeowner is adding a deck next to their shed in the NE corner of
their lot.

2. Re: 3415 Red Hawk Ln
Homeowner is replacing existing privacy fence with conforming PVC
fence as specified in the Design Guideline Revision 3, from Sept,
2009.

3. Re: 3405 Cottonwood Cir
Homeowner's current landscaping, including variances from previous
sumission, has been approved, as well as the unfinished pieces still to
be completed.
