DRC Minutes from 10 Feb 2010
1. 3480 Cottonwood Circle is installing a white PVC 3-rail back yard fence. We need to get a landscape plan from this homeowner.

2. 9350 Cottonwood Circle is installing a white PVC 3-rail dog run and have submitted initial request for shed, which need more details.

3. 3415 Red Hawk mentioned in passing they want to install solar panels somewhere on their property. The committee is all in favor of solar panels on the roof. Since we haven't seen any design submissions, we cannot make any recommendations.

4. The committee is requested to read and be prepared to modify section 3 of the Design Guidelines document at the next meeting.

5. The next meeting is at 8:00 on Wednesday, March 10, at 3405 Cottonwood Circle
