1. 3465 Cottonwood Circle: Construction is late being completed but because the HOA caused a delay over the swamp cooler issue, we decided to give until the middle of November to finish.

2. 3415 Red Hawk Lane: home owner is replacing some trees and needs to submit the tree types on the existing landscape drawing before the DRC will provide approval. Also, the home owner asked the DRC to approve his existing two-colored privacy fence as a final inspection. Because the documentation does not say two colored fences are not permittied, the DRC has decided to approve the fence as is, but the DRC will update the Design document to say white PVC fences are the only option going forward.
